Good morning! I have something new and wonderful in the shop this week–gift certificates for Purple Lamb!

When I was figuring out the details, I thought about what I like and don’t like about gift certificates to make them the best of all possible gift certificates.

I hate it when gift certificates expire, so mine never expire.

I hate it when the big box stores take a percentage off their gift cards every month, so mine never lose value.

I hate it when you can’t use the whole thing, so when you give (or get) a gift certificate from my shop, I’ll make sure the recipient can use every last cent.

My gift certificates are good for everything in my shop, including shipping. When you order one, I will make a lovely gift certificate and email it to you with the recipient’s name and the occasion so you can print it out to give or send or just forward the email to your friend or family member. The person you give it to can then go to my website and use the code on the gift certificate just like a discount code.

Now, if you are reading this, chances are YOU are a yarn or fiber lover yourself. I officially give you permission to send this as a hint to everyone you know who might want to make sure your stash runneth over this holiday season.
