It’s time for another yarn giveaway!

You get to choose your favorite colorway and your favorite sock-weight base as well.

The colors are Mithril or Margarita. Mithril is a silver-gray with a bit of a lavender cast to it, and Margarita is a bright lime or chartreuse.

The three bases you can choose from are as follows:

So Silky Sock (left) – This is a luxury sock-weight yarn made of 50% mulberry silk and 50% superwash merino. It is lusciously soft and lovely to work with and wear. Each skein has 438 yards and weighs 3.5 ounces. Ideally, this should be hand washed.

Sock Perfection (middle) – I spent a long time looking for the perfect yarn base for actual socks, and I think I found it. Sock Perfection is made of 80% extra-soft superwash merino and 20% nylon. It’s a 4-ply yarn with 450 yards per 3.5-ounce skein. It’s the perfect combination of strong and soft. This is great for socks (clearly), sweaters, and anything you want to be able to machine wash without compromising softness and quality, but it should still be air dried.

Sparkly Merino Sock (right) – This is my best-selling yarn base. It’s made of 92% superwash merino and 8% lurex. There’s lots of sparkle from the lurex, but the yarn remains quite soft. This one comes in extra big 4-ounce skeins with 409 yards each.
